A little Lullaby for Baby Aubrey.

Vic’s Birthday ~ A screaming, bawling, sweet little baby boy was born to Leo and Annie Provost on Thursday, November 7th, 1940 ~ That’s 77 years ago!

If Mom were here, she could tell us what time and how much he weighed.  I think he was quite a bruiser (look at him today). Victor was the first of our family to be born in Marmora at the home next door to Leo’s house.  He was delivered there by Dr. Taft of Marmora, brother of Miss Taft who taught most of us in Grade 2.

Leo and Annette were born back at “the old place” in North Marmora.

 And as you all know, even though World War II broke the year prior to his birth, the world has not been the same since!

                        Below you will see him on one of his better days……..cute eh?

                                                   Oh, for God’s sake, will somebody pick that kid up?

I think he’s afraid of his big brother and sister, Leo and  Annette.

His looks have changed somewhat over the years. He has all his teeth now.

You are a very caring, loving, helpful, compassionate and understanding, and we are proud to call you our brother.

You are also a good sport and let us pick on you regularly.  Love from all of us!

Congratulations to Taryn and Ryan Low on the arrival of their baby girl, Aubrey Addison ~

Aubrey was born 3 months early on Thursday, October 11th, 2017 at KGH

She weighed a whopping 2.1 lbs. and has the Taylor/Lanteigne house a “buzzing”.

“Nan” (Rhonda)  thinks she’s the sweetest wee babe she’s ever seen and Abby and Jenna are happy, happy, happy!

 Taryn visits Aubrey at least once a day at KGH and along with providing her milk for storage, she has the pleasure of holding the baby for awhile.

Great-Nanny Annette has not had the pleasure of seeing the baby but soon, I hope.

Parents Jon and Sarah Matthews and big sister Maya are proud to announce

the birth of their new baby girl.

Ava Theresa Matthews was born August 7th at 9:16 am.

She weighed 6 lbs., 12 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.

All four are doing great and loving their new addition.

Breaking News from The Provost Cookbook Staff ~ Shirley and Gary are going to have a New Baby Boy in their Family ~

 

 

Ashley and Colin (the expectant parents) have been told the baby will arrive on or about October 6th, 2014. 

HE WILL BE CALLED “PATRICK WILLIAM”  (AFTER COLIN’S IRISH GRANDFATHER)

SHIRLEY Says “GUESS MOM WOULD THINK THAT WAS GOOD THAT SHE WAS HAVING AN IRISH BABY”.

Your Acting Editor predicts the baby will also have a beautiful head of red hair but if it’s brown, that’s just great too!

Congratulations to Justin Clarke and Maude Forget on the birth of their baby girl, Isla ~

Isla was born on August 4th and weighed 7 lbs., 2 oz.

Grandma Vicki Clarke is holding her new granddaughter…smiling and sooo proud.

Congratulations also to Grandpa Brad and Great Grandpa Vic Provost.

Proud Great Grandpa Vic has been on the phone, proudly bragging to all his family!

Baby Hailey , Mommy Veronica and Daddy Tyler are all  doing well.

Great Grandma Read and Grandma Debbie were in the delivery room for the birth.
